Reviews
Amazing hidden gem with a fantastic ambience and great food with a price/quality ratio which is rare to find these days. The place is on the outskirts of the franciacorta bubbly wine region so I recommend you pair your dinner with a glass of sparkling or two.
fantastic lunch of tuna tartare, tagliolini and zabaione. the home made breads were a very nice addition. all served in a wonderful ambiance with professional and efficient service! a very nice treat indeed
Extremely honest, quality cooking at affordable prices. Good quality ingredients. You can't go wrong with this family-run place set in a nicely decorated country house. A must-visit if you're in the area (leaving the kids with someone would be appropriate, though). Full of locals... That's always a good sign.
What can I say... a restaurant with a capital R
Very good dishes and full of innovation
The quantity and quality of the products is very high
The staff pampers you, making you feel at home
The wine list is of a high standard and the environment is warm and welcoming
Congratulations to all
Very nice restaurant, welcoming and relaxing environment, comfortable armchairs which I always appreciate. The court allows you to park your car close to the entrance and safely. The owner, a motorbike enthusiast, and you will understand this once you enter, is a brilliant and friendly person as well as a sommelier. Excellent raw material quality, well presented with reinterpretations that offer new and particular flavours. Raw tuna cubes with amazing sweet and sour salad. Really excellent octopus. For the dessert I recommend the zabaglione cloud, very light and delicious. Consistent price, we spent €50 each for starter, first course and dessert and rosé wine produced by the house but with an entrée offer and a finish of candied orange, cantucci and passion fruit Bavaroise. I definitely recommend.
Amazing experience of perfectly curated and thought through menu with accompanying wine pairings.
What a great surprise.
I discovered it by chance after a friend's recommendation. Not easy to find and in an anonymous place.
In an anonymous street, inside a gate you enter an unexpected small car park. A strong aesthetic taste is immediately evident which will also be abundantly confirmed inside.
Small, very well-kept and well-adorned restaurant housed in an ancient residence.
At lunch the fixed price menu formula is offered at €22 each. not a little compared to many at €12, but we are at a decidedly higher level. Expectations rise.
In addition to the very, very well-kept location, the courtesy and diligence of the staff, the fine table linens and table furnishings, the not at all banal wines and the sumptuous bathroom should be highlighted. The expectation is higher and higher.
The menu of the day, at a fixed price, is a bit sparse. The entrée was very good: a small bowl of lentil cream. The former are better than the latter.
The latter are quite disappointing. Cod that tired at the second bite and a goulash without infamy and without praise. 2 stewed dishes on the list. The only two. In my opinion the basic menu needs to be improved. I'll try the a la carte one.
The place is definitely worth it and I will return.
The quality/price ratio is high.
I highly recommend it as a reference in the area.
What can I say, everything, absolutely everything is ok!!! Nice and intimate place. Excellent quality of food. Not to mention the very good wine with perfect pairings. We were in company and everyone expressed favorable and positive opinions.
